Found inside without a known entry point
A squeaking/scratching noise coming from the walls or attic at dusk or dawn
Fresh (soft & squishy) bat guano consistently found inside the home
Bats observed exiting the home during a bat watch at sunset
A squeaking/scratching noise heard outside of dusk or dawn times
Old, dry guano found inside or outside the home
No activity witnessed during a bat watch at sunset
Step Two: Did you observe one or more ‘Sure Signs of Bats’?

If you have observed a ‘Possible False Alarm,’ please monitor your situation and refer back to the lists above.
