What about the cost of bat removal?
We can’t exactly promise to be the cheapest option or even provide a “standardized rate” for our bat remediation services. Each job requires a thorough inspection for us to be able to provide our client with an accurate estimate. This is because every bat infestation is different and every job has its unique challenges that may affect cost. What we can promise is that you will have a clear understanding of what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and what it will cost before the next step is taken.
To be clear, professional exclusion of bat colonies can be very expensive. But, going about it on your own, or through a cut rate or inadequately equipped pest control service may end up costing you more in the long run (even if they claim to have experience in bat control).
We are experts at getting bats out – it’s all we do. Plus, we have the LOCAL knowledge and experience that makes us confident that our solution and service will knock your socks off. However, if for some reason we don’t achieve 100% removal and prevention, you can still rest assured that your investment with us is worthwhile – we offer a minimum 1-year warranty on all bat control services.*

Here is a bit more information to help you understand how the cost for each job is determined.
Factors that will affect the cost:
- Size of the building (larger structures are typically more expensive because there is simply more square footage to cover).
- Construction type (certain types of construction are easier or harder to bat-proof).
- General condition of the building (older or more deteriorated buildings are typically more expensive because they require more man hours/materials to bat-proof).
- Length of time the bats have roosted at the property (the longer they have called your house their home, the more difficult it may be to convince them to stay away).
Things that will not increase the cost (at least as far as we are concerned; we can’t speak for other outfits):
- Your zip code (we don’t price gouge our clients who happen to live in wealthy neighborhoods).
- Your zip code again (we don’t charge for travel time within the state of North Carolina).
Our comprehensive inspection, which is how we start every job, costs $295. Keep in mind, this fee will be deducted from your final cost upon the completion of our contract.

What if you have a bat in your house right now?
That’s an easy one – call us immediately!
Even ONE bat sighting may be enough to warrant a comprehensive inspection. Why would we say that? The fact is, these creatures are reclusive by nature and typically only come out at a time of day when they are difficult to see (this is obviously a strategic advantage both for their own hunting purposes as well as protection from predators). And, it is rare (although it can happen) that a bat will randomly get trapped in your home, so if you happen see one or one gets into your home, then it’s likely that there are more and/or that they have been there for a while.
Then again, you may not even SEE a bat, you may just hear weird noises coming from your attic or walls. Or, perhaps you catch a whiff of some peculiar smells.
Whatever the case, there are several factors that can be evaluated over the phone – at NO cost – to determine if you need an inspection, so…
