Hi there, We just moved to Colorado, and are doing some repairs on our house back in Holly Springs, NC. Some of our maintenance crews noticed we have a bat in our attic, and can't complete their work until it's removed. What would you charge to remove it? And when would you be able to do it? The house is around 1,800 sqft, 2 story, and the attic is accessible from an upstairs bedroom closet, in the ceiling. Let me know if you might need any additional info.
