What Services do we provide?

Inspections:

For a fee of $295 (deducted from your final invoice should you use us), we will conduct a thorough inspection of the exterior of your home. This inspection is required to accurately assess what work and equipment are needed to remove the bats and bat-proof your home.

Proposals:

Following the inspection, we will prepare for you a professional proposal. This proposal will formally outline the work to be performed at your home, as well as the associated cost. Our pricing is all inclusivethere are no surprise fees!

Bat Exclusions:

As our business name suggests, we ‘Get Bats Out,’ and we do this by performing live bat exclusions. No bats are harmed in the process. They exit via a customized one-way device and are unable to re-enter. It’s a humane way to remove bats from a building and the only method we use.

 Bat Proofing:

Bats need very little space to enter a buildingonly half an inch. We work to seal ALL potential entry points to ensure the bats stay out. We don’t just focus on the main entry pointwe approach the job in a whole-house manner.

guano clean up in a dark attic of a house in Iowa

Guano Cleanup:

A bat colony can leave behind a lot of mess, including their guano (or poop). The larger the colony, the larger the accumulation of guano. Fortunately, our technicians have experience remediating bat guano safely. Read more about bat guano here.

Histoplasmosis Testing:

Many people are aware of the risk of rabies associated with bats. However, a lesser-known disease associated with bats is histoplasmosis. In the right conditions and in large amounts, a bat’s guano plays host to the Histoplasma Capsulatum fungus that causes histoplasmosis. Histoplasmosis can cause serious health problems for you and your family. Luckily, our technicians carry with them state-of-the-art equipment that tests for the presence of the fungus in your homewe are the only US company currently providing this service.

Attic Restoration:

Large bat colonies can leave behind a trail of destruction, including damage to your attic space. Not to worry, though! We can restore your attic to its former glory.

Warranties:

All of our bat removal projects are supported by a minimum 1-year warranty. Extensions are available following the initial warranty expiry.
