Owner & President
Michael started with Get Bats Out in 2007 after having worked for another bat removal company in Colorado. Michael thrives on solving complex bat removal problems and often takes the lead on large commercial projects. Along with satisfying clients, providing a safe and rewarding work environment for his employees is among Michael’s top priorities as the Owner & President of Get Bats Out. Outside of Get Bats Out, Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Michael has been with Get Bats Out since 2008. As the General Manager, overseeing commercial project crews and working on commercial contract bidding are among Michael’s primary responsibilities. Michael enjoys the variety his role brings, from working onsite with a crew in one area of the country to video conferencing someone in another country. Outside of Get Bats Out, Michael enjoys watching and playing all kinds of sports.
Fred has been with Get Bats Out since 2010. As the Operations Manager, a couple of his key responsibilities are assigning new inspections to technicians and preparing bat removal proposals for clients. Fred thrives on “getting things done,” particularly when business ramps up for Get Bats Out during the year’s warmer months. Fred’s main objectives in his role are ensuring company operations run seamlessly and resolving clients’ bat issues. Outside of Get Bats Out, Fred enjoys anything to do with the beach and boating (on his friend’s boat, of course!).
Customer Service Manager
Debbie has been with Get Bats Out since 2017. As the Customer Service Manager, Debbie is constantly working to improve our processes and training her staff to ensure all bat removal projects run smoothly. Providing people with a great experience while dealing with a difficult problem is Debbie’s ultimate goal and what she enjoys most about her role. Outside of Get Bats Out, Debbie enjoys baking, reading, and walking her dog.
HR & Accounts Manager
Karen has been with Get Bats Out since 2013. As the HR & Accounts Manager, Karen’s main responsibilities are payroll, accounts receivable & payable, bookkeeping, and insurance compliance. In her role, Karen’s goal is to contribute to the orderly back-end operations of Get Bats Out. Outside of Get Bats Out, Karen enjoys the outdoors – hiking, biking, you name it, she’s there!
John has been with Get Bats Out since 2012. As a Senior Technician, John’s primary responsibilities are to inspect clients’ homes, schedule and perform bat removal jobs, as well as support and supervise crews on commercial projects. Learning new skills obtained from other technicians’ experience is what John enjoys the most about his role. John always aims to give customers the confidence to choose Get Bats Out to solve their bat problem. Outside of Get Bats Out, John enjoys hiking and woodworking.
