Schedule a Warranty or Service Call
|
|
|
One of the things that sets our company apart from many of our
competitors is the fact we honor our warranties and service calls.
However, it is important to understand what we are promising to do - and what
might end up resulting in further charges.
Approximately one of out
fifteen jobs we do we get a call back. More than half of these calls are
false alarms. Why do we get legitimate calls back? Bats are wild
animals. They don't need much of a crack to squeeze through.
Sometimes we miss a spot and the bats find it. Other times something
changes - maybe a wind storm or heavy rain dislodges some of our bat proofing
before it has a chance to fully dry/set up or cure.

After reading the above article there are three ways to schedule a Warranty or
Service Call
1) If you have the technician's direct number, please call
him/her. If you do not get a quick response (technician likely on a job),
please;
2) Call our Customer Service number 877-264-2287.

have thousands of satisfied customers. However, when dealing with wild
animals, high costs, and a huge variety in projects and personalities it is
inevitable we are going to have the occasional misunderstanding or problem.
We take customer service VERY SERIOUSLY. If the technician working
with you can not satisfy your questions or problem please call Customer Service
at 877-264-2287.
